STI FT locator
FasTrak is an intelligent valve positioner. With high flow rate (CV=2), high accuracy and excellent dynamics, it is an upgraded alternative to traditional positioners. FasTrak can be set up and debugged by a self-tuning program or HART equipment. The FasTrak model is compatible with single and double acting modes, both piston and diaphragm pneumatic actuators.
The FasTrak tight shutdown and travel limit positions are independently adjustable to 50% of the trip in the open and closed directions. The turn-off pressure is independently adjustable in the opening and closing directions. The locator's parameter Settings can be easily selected on the debugging device. FasTrak has two digital inputs and outputs. Digital input is used to turn the actuator on or off, and digital output can be used as a virtual limit switch or position error or low voltage alarm. FasTrak locator travel time can be customized.
